I’m Elad Sharon, the founder of Build Better Ops.
For years, I’ve been obsessed with solving operational problems — finding smarter, faster ways to work.
What started as building a few custom Excel tools for clients has grown into a full ecosystem of web apps, templates, and automated systems used by small businesses around the world.
I’ve seen firsthand how a well-built system can free people from repetitive work, improve collaboration, and uncover insights that change how a business runs.
