Every quote required dissecting complex SKUs, manually finding each matching part, and double-checking calculations — a process that was slow, error-prone, and frustrating for both the sales team and customers.

The Solution
I built The Pricer, a custom web app connected to Google Sheets as its database and pricing engine.
The system automatically:
Decodes complex SKUs into component parts
Fetches accurate, real-time prices from Google Sheets
Calculates totals instantly
Allows users (sales reps, admins, or even customers with access keys) to build their own quotes
Exports professional PDF and Excel versions instantly
All pricing logic, dependencies, and adjustments are managed in Sheets — so the client can update data anytime without touching the code.
